This policy explains how CF Solutions, the trade name of CF Soluções em Tecnologia Ltda ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information about the business owners we work with and talk to.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, business name, phone number and email address.
- Details about the calls and meetings we schedule with you.
- Messages you send us by email or text.
- Business information you share so we can build your website and set up your system, such as your services, photos and logo.
- Payment details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold calls and meetings with you.
- To build and run the website and the services you buy from us.
- To send you messages you asked for, such as meeting links and reminders.
- To answer your questions and give you support.
- To bill you and keep records we are required to keep.
Text messages (SMS)
We only send text messages to people who agreed to receive them. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Google, for email, calendar and video meetings.
- Twilio, for phone calls and text messages.
- HighLevel, for our customer records and scheduling.
- Stripe, for payments.
- Vercel, for hosting websites.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
- Email us to ask for a copy of your information, or to ask us to correct or delete it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
