Terms

Effective date: October 12, 2026

These terms apply to the services of CF Solutions, the trade name of CF Soluções em Tecnologia Ltda ("we", "us").

Services

We build websites for local service businesses and, on the monthly plan, set up and run a growth system: an AI receptionist, lead follow-up, appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, review requests and a monthly report.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe.
Website only: $2,000, paid once.
Website + Growth System: $597 per month, with no setup fee and a 3-month minimum.
If you cancel before your 3rd monthly payment, your website is taken offline.
After your 3rd monthly payment, you can cancel at any time and the website stays yours.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you send us for your website, and that the business information you give us is accurate.

Text Messaging Program (SMS)

Message frequency: up to 4 messages per booked meeting.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that.
Help: reply HELP, email vitorfigueira@getcfsetup.com or call +1 (718) 841-0557.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
